*Only available for retirees and employees of governmental agencies.  In addition this rate applies to individual realtors who may join and have separate listings after the main company joins. 

Membership dues are payable in January or July, based on the time of year that the member joins, effective December 2009. Any member that joined prior to December 2009, dues will continue to be payable in January.
