After work on Friday, swing by Belknap Dough Company on Main Street for a delicious bite of savory (or sweet) pizza. After dinner, drive through the gorgeous lights decorating Valley Park and visit Teays Valley Cinemas for a family movie.
Saturday morning from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, visit The Conference Center at Valley Park for Grinchmas Breakfast. The Grinch will be there to hang out with the kiddos and take photos, plus it’s an opportunity to decorate an ornament for the tree. The cost per ornament is $15.
The 2022 Hurricane Christmas Parade kicks off at 4:00 PM on Saturday. The parade starts at Hurricane Middle School and continues down Main Street to First Baptist Church of Hurricane. One of the favorite Christmas events for the town, it’s free to attend and full of cheer from local organizations and sports teams. Bring the whole family to enjoy the fun.
Sunday is the perfect day to relax and unwind. Order wings to-go from Bubbarino’s Bites & Bubbles or Sleepy Hollow Golf Club (members only) and enjoy a day of football from home. Don’t want to watch the game from the couch? Eat in and enjoy the atmosphere with other members of the community.
