The Corporate Office of Streber Mortgage Company was established in Wilmington, Ohio in 2001, and the West Virginia Branch opened here in Putnam County in 2008. Alisa is now a one-woman show who runs her office out of The 1267 Rentals, LLC (an events venue you should also check out!) in Buffalo. Giving every client a five-star experience is the company’s ultimate goal. They strive to provide service, support, and knowledge of the loan process to make it as enjoyable a process as possible!

As a mortgage broker, Streber is able to offer clients additional options, as they work with multiple lenders to provide programs that fit the needs of each client. Doing business this way also gives them a competitive edge to shop for the best rates. Streber Mortgage has remained a constant in Putnam County, but there is plenty of room for growth at the Putnam County Branch. Alisa believes the company core values set them apart from others and allow them to thrive in the market.
