It is with great pleasure the Putnam County Deputy Sheriff’s Association will be holding a fall festival Saturday on Courthouse Drive in Winfield. This event’s admission is FREE, but there will be food trucks and baked goods for sale and each dollar raised will go towards providing Christmas presents purchased by the association for underprivileged children in the Putnam County area. Please join us for some family fun supporting a wonderful cause with a petting zoo, craft vendors, games, and much more!  For more information contact: aeadkins@putnamwv.org or dreese@putnamwv.org.  Come on out between 11:00-6:00 and be part of the fun!

Saturday is also the 53rd year of the Forrest Burdette Fall Craft Festival which began with crafts made by women of the church. This event will run from 9:00-2:00pm and is bigger and better than ever! Join us for arts & crafts, vendors, hot dogs, BBQ, and lots of goodies as well as the Country Store items! If you’re interested in volunteering for this event, there is a need to assist in the kitchen and it would be much appreciated. Homemade baked goods are needed for the festival as well. Baked goods are always a popular sale item and we need as many as you can offer! Please bring your donations to the church kitchen by today, November 3, marked clearly for the Fall Festival.
